Replacement Wing Mirror - Still got fully working electrics

I hope someone here can help me.

Some idiot decided it would be funny to kick off my driver side wing mirror of my Ibiza Formula Sport last night [:@]. The metal bracket connecting to the car has broke and the body coloured casing smashed, however glass and electrics still intact and fully working.

Local dealer said it would be a £120 for a new electric mirror, but since my electrics are fully working does anyone know could I get a manual mirror and my electrics to save me quite a bit of money? Dealer seemed to think this might work but he didn't wont to commit himself. I'm assuming a wing mirror is easy enough to fit myself.
