Review of my 1 day old Cupra TDi 160

I averaged 62.5 mpg on a 106 mile journey home today
Yep i was driving like a granny, and it was great didnt go above 60 mph on the motorway and was slip streaming cars and lorries so i didnt use as much fuel i have just been out and averaged 18.7 mpg oops.
And as for the 192.8 bhp its not running that at all its running much more as they didnt test it properly, and didnt request full boost so :birdy:

i l,ike driving slow on long jurneys makes it more interesting like when clarckson drove the audi to scotland but as soon as im within 10 miles of home thats it no waiting around!

ive hit 2mpg on accelerating and about 20 mpg driving around lol sounds like my 1.4 gets more thrashing than some of ur diesels surely that souldt be right lol and for thoughs crappy seat speakers evern the mutant speakers are better then them lol i mite be upgradeing my boot again but not sure yet... ive just set the gain right on the amp and it auto protects itself be4 the speakers go fuzzy lol and the 1200 watt sub ent loud enuff lol and im hateing the summer flys grrr can hardly clean it as the hosepipe ban *crys*

2 mpg instant i can only mangae to get it down to 4.1 in first at 7k and 4.5 in second at 7k and thats with 20psi boost as well so how you got that i dont know but well done if the cars telling the truth!

i hope it wasnt lol ouch on the fuel bill lol i was caneing it through the gears like normal lol and the car is totally standard no spare cash to throw at it lol hopefully new suspension when i can afford it... and insurance comeing up in aug :'(

might have been trying to say slow down i dont like this anymore lol i only manage 22pmg average so my fuel bill is big but i try not to nip out in it and only go to work in it during the week!

i did give it some stick on way home i often cruise at 100mph anyway so i aint that bad really

cruising at 100 isnt necessarily good, you need varying load on the engine, its the same way that getting on the motorway and setting the cruise and driving for 1000 miles wont quickly run the motor in. And also it can be bad for your license

i have taken the idea of acceleratin to 100 back to 60 back up to 100

i am at 1600 miles now she getting looser like an old lady give it another 1000 miles

if u put a strut brace on they are alot beta i can actuly trust my car to go around corners now unlike be4 but yes i have been tempted to upgrade the suspension but im looking for a ibiza diesel so there was no point... but get the ibiza u will love it and the strut brace costs about £55 quid and i put mine on myslef!!!
