Alright bud, well a will say you have a good taste in your motors lol.

Some other wee minor bits en bobs have been done but the main just ove it is in this thread.

Never been to a Scottish vag meet with the Ibiza, however a have been with my other motors and in mates motors.

Haha well 2nd seat since starting driving but the whole family is a bit vag daft. Need to get it all sorted turns out a wheel is gubbed so need to find a set. Get it serviced and mot'd and it should be good to go

Well had the Wknd off and the weather was good so decided on fitting my new lowering springs...
FK-Automotive 60/40mm Lowering springs and shortened drop links (Ford Puma Drop links).
Also decided to fit new Top mounts and Bearings (Sere motors NI).

Front Strut Removal>

Front Standard Springs compared with FK ones>

Old Top Mounts and Bearings and New ones>

Standard Drop Links compared to Shortened ones (Ford Puma Drop links)

New Spring compressed with New Top mount and Bearing on>

Rear Spring Removal>

Rear Standard Spring compared with FK ones>

Fronts came doon a fair bit overnight bud, Rear not so much maybes it cause ave a empty boot lol
Am fairly happy with results. Fronts no far off what a was hoping for but the rear is miles off and may need to be chopped

i have just posted on briskoda about drop links, apparently mondeo ones from 1993-2000 work well

Tried mondeo ones. Tried standard oe ones, aftermarket ones and proper fk ones. All of them have been pish. Might try puma ones. They're pretty cheap

There spot on so far, no contact with other components, no knocking or rattling etc. However its has been just over 48 hours since ave fitted them bud.

Don't do what my mate did with his nova. 2 slabs in the boot. Then he changed the suspension and couldn't figure why the exhaust was scraping the ground

Simples YES, Fabia VRS and Ibiza Fr Tdi use the same engine ie. Air Filter housings are exactly the same bud
