Before doing a list you probably want to fix a date 
Remember the SCN Scottish national meet is on Sun 22nd so maybe avoid that weekend. If you pick a date close to the end or start of the month then that's close to pay day for most folk so you're more likely to get a good turn out. How about Sat 28th Sept?
Wallace might want you to organise the cars into groups according to FWD, 4WD and RWD. For the list you might want to get folk to include the make and model of car and what wheels are driven.
If you can get a date from Wallace then I'll put this on Pistonheads. Wallace will probably give a price based on the number of cars but they not run it if you can't comfortably say there'll be a decent number of cars.
I'll take the Jag if I can make whatever date you book.

Let's say 28th September then, spread the date around on groups, PH etc and we'll see what numbers we can pull together. Il ring wallace tomorrow and check availability of this.

Cool, post back when you've confirmed the date with Wallace and got price per car (worth asking what it would be based on 20 cars and 30 cars just to see), once you've got those details I'll stick this on PH.

We shall have to decide on another date im afraid, 28th Sept can't be done. Maybe best as it'll give us more time to repair our cars after the crail thrash the weekend before.

Yeah im sure if enough people are still gonna be able to make it, I just bumped it to the weekend after the initially organised one
Just spoken to Wallace again, their mapper is on holiday 31st Aug - 14th Sept so those dates are out.
Im on board for Oct 5th, plus will give us time to get more people involved/bring cost down, if we want to run 20 cars we're looking at 40quid a head.
If we get a full list of who's interested asap i can email it across to them and start working out deposit etc
