Right, apologies for being away from this thread for so long but with moving jobs and working away alot just now, haven't had a great deal of time for much else, also been having a few problems with Wallace about this day. Back on the 1st Aug when I rang Wallace and requested a date for this I was told 8th Oct would be fine and to get a list of cars together so they could sort out a final price/deposit etc, I told them fine and would email a copy of all cars that would be running on the day shortly. All was fine til I rang again to find out how to pay a deposit on this, only to be told that they already had a rolling road day booked for that date and could no longer accommodate. Turns out 2 separate people from Wallace had ended up double booking the rr.
I've been trying to ring them this week to get another date asap, but the guy on reception isn't able to help as says he's not sure when their free anymore, I've sent a few emails also enquiring, all gone unanswered. If anyone else wants to phone them and try and get a date then be my guest, Im getting a bit fed up with them tbh.

Ah, they seem like they are quite the cnuts haha. What date are we looking at trying?5th is the saturday.. Ill try phoning them. What about the week after? Everyone free then?
The week before may be too soon after crail?
Ill give them a call tomorrow and see what i can do

Rang them up today, they said the boy who would deal with it is off on holiday and to call back on monday, so ill do that and let you all know what dates i can get next month.
From there ill probably start a new thread to make a list of names to save confusion if thats cool?
Ill also splash it over eastside, ioc, scottishvag etc

I had this same problem with rr day I organised last year they had double booked lucky I had done it over email and when they looked. Had booked first so had to turn the others down

Ive noticed eastside have been talking about organising a rr day soo aswell

I'd be keen for coming along to this aswell. The Eastside one was a maximum of 20 and its full - strange as I spoke to Wallace today about organising one (myself and a few mates were keen) and Wallace told me a minimum of 20 was needed so I thought Eastside would open it up to more people. I could also get 3 or 4 mates maybe if you were wanting more numbers to lower the price and make it worth their while
