Dont understand why yours rubs on strut and mine dosent

What is the correct offset then? I thought the range was between 35-45. Ive just bought some brand new 17" octane (same as pictured on my car) as I had managed to flat spot one of my old set. These were originally bought for a civic coupe. I thought that these were the same offset.

ive got 17" 205 45 on my cupra had the arches rolled flat no probs
