Hi Guys,

I went to the pod on saturday, saw a couple of other beeza's aswell.

Silver on black rims and a blue one with uni FMIC.

Anyone off here?

I ran a 14.1 @ 99mph on budget tyres with full interior.

Does this sounds about right for my spec? KO3S with stage 2 CC etc.

thats a good time with pants tyres and full interior mate i had a similar time in mine when i was k03s too, but had back seats out and was running goodyear f1's.

Get some stickies on and all those seats out!! If I'm ever going to the strip the front seats are getting replaced with one of my bucket seat as the front seats weigh an absolute tonne!

I thought i'd run it as i do on the road to see what it's got.

Ian did you run a 14 & 14.3 on standard KO3 or are you missing the S?

If not they are some seriosuly good times!

14.3 was on k03, but 14.0 was on k03s, was damp when did the 14 dead too

Impressive times mate! I watched your 13.1 at pod when you done it. My mates couldn't believe there eyes lol.

Do you reckon I can run a late 13 if I strip the rear out and put some R888's up front?

yeah should be able to, i should have been in the 13's with k03s, but as it was damp, and only had f1's on the front, plus only had rear seats out was a bit difficult.

i'm hoping for 12's next

Also Ian what gear are you in as you approach/cross the line? I was right at the end of 3rd at 99mph so wasn't really boosting but didn't want to shift up.

Whats your technique?

well i'm doing 110 at the line, so well into 4th.

my technique....drive as quick as possible normally hold about 3k at start with handbrake on, and get on biting point (not good for clutch though) then when lights change drop handbrake and normally short shift 1st as spins up way to much, if tyres are warm i dont get much spin in second so can hold it til about 6.5k and then same in 3rd, well into 4th over the line

front tyre pressures are down at about 20 psi, rears up at 40ish. if you can stiffen up the rear suspension, and loosen the front

Get one of those wot boxes on there...Then you got your launch control and your wot shifts you should be down in the 12's...
