Think that may be pushing it a bit mate... LOL With a decent driver in one a S2 VXR should be doing 14.0 or dare I say it 13.9's @ Pod.. Just not seen one yet.. lol
I'm sure we'll see on the 1st..

Can I slap a couple of SEAT 'S' badges on over the 4 ring-pieces and turn up under SCN as there is no Audi contingent ;)

Just turn up and use your 4x4 to your advantage and blow them all away lad :cartman:

Course mate.. I think there is a thread on S3Talk apparently. Didn't put it on ASN as when I put a Pod day up before, had no interest at all really..

Would love to go, but realisitically, its not gonna happen coz its like at the otherist end of the planet :clown:

If Audi can sort out the warning light on the power steering this weekend I'd enjoy it and would be a good chance to see what she can do with some cold air coursing through her lungs. I'll check with the Mrs to make sure that weekend is free when she gets home tonight.

Never run the S3 at the Pod. On a dry run in 2007 at Brunters got 5.44 0-60mph and 13.9s quarter mile, and the 13.9s was my fault for holding on to 3rd gear for too long (lack of practice / experience).

Yeah a well driven mapped S3 should easily be seeing 13's with the right launch..

im deeply hurt that you havent invited the vRS bunch on briskoda.net, but dont you worry ive put the link there, hopefully we'll have some takers

Apologies mate, but I had to stop somewhere otherwise we'd have half of England turn up and nobody would get a run in... lol
But yes, it would be nice to see a few Briskodians turn up..

is there any plan or schdule or is it just a free for all then we all post our results later? dont see how it can be a fair competition on the day as its not organised ?

It's pretty much going to be a free for all mate. I will be trying m best to get round as many peeps as I can, but I will be running (and queuing:() so to organise some sort of table for everyone will be near enough impossible to do unless I was just spectating..
This is why I have asked guys to register there car on the Santa Pod website for the CC challenge, as it gives you your best result of the day and pic.,.

I have just compliled a spreadsheet on Excel which will have a table of all the runners with user name, spec, forum, est time and speed, actual time and speed.. I will try my best to get everyone who runs on there and have the results for anyone to see after..
Just like to point out that this is by no means a willy waving contest, but just a good way of seeing how everyone got on..

But as i already mentioned, it will be a lot easier if everyone who is running registers on here..
