impressive, reckons his car is faster than a R8. R8 can do the 1/4 mile in 12.5 though.

Was that you in the blue Ibiza with holes behind the number plate? What turbo are you running?
Thats from a standstill though, 4wd plays a huge part from a dig, but from a roll, it means nothing..
You need to look at the trap speed that an R8 runs, that gives a good impression of how cars would compare from a roll of say 30mph, which is a much more realistic for an on road comparrison..
The run that I think your talking of is where the R8 runs a 12.5 @ 113 MPH, just over 5 MPH down on mine. Anyways im not going to get into it lol.. Ill only get shot down..

na na thats alright mate. Im pretty confident a car with your stats will beat a car such a R8 depending on the conditions.
How much faster exactly is your car than a E46 M3 though? My mate has one and I wanna kick his ass in a Cupra.
Also I have to agree with you that the milltek tbe isnt loud enough. Who made your custom tbe for you? Is it alot more expensive than a milltek TBE and who designs the down pipe, or did you just use a apr or milltek one and the rest of the exhaust is custom?

Oh mate, its A LOT faster than an E46 M3, I think a cupra with 250ish HP would walk away from an E46 M3..
Exhausts UK in Sheffield made the exhaust for me, from the turbo, 3" mandrel bent, its really nice! Also it cost me a hell of a lot less than a Milltek.. about £500 less..

cheers mate, taken some time to get it to where it is now, but been worth it, just need to get it finished, hoping for sub 13's once i finished the few bits that need doing

Nope, getting a MK2 leon cupra in 6 weeks. Want to get a custom exhaust and forge dv done the day I get it though, and then aiming for stage 2+ by april/may.
Just read your entire build thread of the ed30, was baffled at first why you would get rid of the S3 but it all makes sense now. Tuning wise we have some similiar ideas when it comes to chassis mods.

Awesome, the Cupra's go really well as you would expect.. You need to tune them though, without it they are pretty boring.
I ahve never known a car that can be transformed so much for so little investment! The K04 2.0T FSI engine is awesome!!!

If the ko4 T FSI didnt tune so well I would probably go the high revving route! Its a great engine and cant wait to go baiting some bmw's, and surprising my mates when I beat one of the lads m3.

Hi mate, yeah, sorry about that, like I said, I didn't get all of my tickets and the 110mph I read off my speedo
My mate later told me that I was supposed to go off Pod's times because cars speedos can be out by as much as 10 mph
