I had my rear brakes changed about 3 weeks ago now and ever since then if I put the car into reverse they start screeching like mad and not just when i press the brakes either. When i reverse a bit they screech without applying them and they actually become quieter when i press the brakes? Doesn't do it driving normally or when coming to a slow stop going forward etc.....any ideas??

cheers guys

Have the exact same problem mate, also happens going foward when im coming to a slow stop after driving for a bit. ill grease them up more

This is really common problem for people who have just painted there calipers as the extra coat of paint stops the pads moving freely.

Best thing to do is scrape the part the pad slides on with a flat screwdriver/sand paper and grease them up.
