Hi. I recently had an oil pump change and flushed system and replaced the oil. The oil had been a bit thick leading to oil pressure light so changed it all.
All was fine for 8 weeks but now intermittently the oil pressure warning is going on, beeping a few times, then going off again. It's never when you'd expect, i.e. foot down going uphill. Just driving along at 30.
Can anyone tell me if oil warning sensor faults or blockages after an oil change are common? The oil was changed after the flush, and then flushed and changed again 2 weeks later . Then this has started 6 weeks after that. It's a 2012 1.6 TD.thanks
