Seat Connect Problem

Hi. I’m having trouble logging into Seat Connect in my car (Seat Leon 4 SP). The "globe" icon isn't visible on the display; there is only an LTE signal via the eSIM.
The "Privacy and Services" option is unavailable—I wanted to change the privacy settings. I tried restarting the infotainment system, but that didn't help, and I still can't set myself up as the primary user. Has anyone managed to solve this problem?

Just had the same problem with my car that I aquired recently used. The problem was that the infotainment software was older version ( 1896 ). Dealer had to upgrade it to restore connetions to the system. That way I got it to work. So check your software version and update it if possible.
