Seat Ibiza cupra MK3 Colour Coding Help

Hi i was wondering if anyone knows how the front and back bumper inserts come off for colour coding and how much people have spent/where to get a good spray job?

Also does anyone know where you can buy a cupra R boost and volt gauge mounting plate to fit infront of the gear stick covering the compartment? is it a hard job to wire and pipe up from there?
thanx

oh nooooooooooo you didnt search did you! oh the shame!

flat tip screw driver, maybe cover it with a cloth if you cant be careful and pry the edges away from the bumper....looking at anything between 50quid and 250quid for a professional job

or could have a couple attempts yourself for a tenner at halfords (primer, paint, lacquer)

central console gauge holder...nearest dealership for about 7quid...tho spotted one on ebay the other day as someone was breaking a cupra r

boost gauge and voltage are easy to hook up...other types of gauges are more tricky, please search first next time as its been asked before

not sure what you mean by rough surface, i dont have any filler on my bumper..do you mean to make it look all one piece?

sometimes people find its hard spraying onto the bumpstrips because of the finish the cupras have...so might need a rub down preperation too

acid i just saw your gallery! smart car! thats the finish i'm after on the strips! i see what you mean about the finish on them standard, it looks like the paint could peel if i dont smooth them down.
i live just over the bridge, where'd you get your's done?
thanx for the tips

cheers dude
i didnt, the previous owner got em done

you should be able to get em done fairly cheap but personally if no local bodyshop would do em for under 100quid id have a go myself. after all when your talking big bucks, the number of attempts you could have yourself you could be an expert!

trying to save for a forge intercooler but it'll be good to see what gains you get with one against a standard intercooler on a revo.

Gotta quote today, £120 for a place in bris. to primmer surface and respray bumper strips. they're also gonna send away my petrol cover to match paint cos the yellow has faded from original colour they have.
