have a peek at my pics in the picture forum mate,Iain detailed mine about 5-6 weeks ago,all it gets is a wash once a week and a wax every fortnight, still get loads of comments about how good it looks.

I cannot recommend Iain highly enough when it comes to getting your car back to or beyond its original best:)

Cheers Cowie, its the customer testimonials and feedback that drive the way forward ;)

Once a car is prepped, and has a good base for maintanence all thatis required is a wax top up. Dependant on the wax you wish to use will depend on how often this is required.

For dark cars, a good value, easy application and removal, results to suit wax would be the nattys blue. Use this every 6-8 weeks, and then every 6 months, strip back, re-cleanse/clay, polish and selant and wax. then just wax inbetween.

The car will maintain its detailed look ;)

Cheers JK, its always good when people put into words what they have seen with their own eyes, adds credit to my work, and the improvements made.

The kiwi will need some work, but what do you expect with a paint count over 1000 microns? :D (for those un-aware, typical paint is 120 microns thick)...... read into that as you will ;)

HHmm looking at these pics, im thinking that i should treat mine to a complete detail session, get rid of all the swirls and light scrathes. Ian if i pm you can you let me know when i could book it in for and how much it would cost based on say 6 hrs work.

Many thanks
Daniel.

You won't regeret taking it to Iain for "The works".
I had mine done back in March, and it's still shining with a good wash and squirt of QD. I'm up there again this saturday, so keep your eyes peeled for the G/F's dads black Pug 307. Should come up a treat ;)
