You could always go for the "Sport" in the old range, same PD130 engine one insurance group lower, and slightly different gear ratio's but generally as quick!
I had originally planned to get a Sport, and when I rang my insurance company at the time they said no problem, they would just change the policy details over to the new car.
But when I bought the FR they didn't want to know. To make things worse I had only been driving for around 7 months and because I cancelled my policy early I didn't make it to 1 years no claims.
