well I had it chipped last weekend and it's made quite a big difference, loads more usuable power, no flat spots in the rev range and a higher rev limit. An uprated cam and turbo is definatly on the cards at some point, just don't want to be folking out 3k plus for one of the german kits. I could do with speaking to someone that has done a custom golf v5 turbo build before I start with that though :) Handling's on my mind atm but soo soo many speed bumps around mine :-/

Nice job & nice to see engine swops going on as don't see it much on modern cars

Going lower 30mm maybe would finish it off & side skirts would make it look right with the cupra r front bumper :)

just what I was thinking, was looking for the curpa r side skirts yesterday, not any local that I can see atm. I was thinking 20mm at the front and 30 on the rear? probly a front and rear strut brace aswel

will get some done tomorrow afternoon :-D Was wondering if the cupra R/ S3 steering rack will fit straight in place of mine? Also just checking if any1 has any decent priced suspension kits that they'd recomend, lots of speed bumps and country roads around here so want it to be sporty but not too harsh :-D Had a lowered focus and that used to scrape off everything, hence why i've held off the suspension till now. Thanks for the feedback, glad i'm not the only one who likes it.
