seat parts online????

im so fustrated! im after an interior trim part for my cupra but having a hell of a time finding it,

ive tried my local Seat dealer (which is 30 miles away) through work and they keep sending the wrong part (3 times!) so given up with them

ive emailed 2 seat parts people that advertise on here, but got no reply!

were the hell can i go? ive even got a part number which im sure is right.

can anyone tell me who is helpful and who does mail order?!
