Well, as per the title i've semi cleaned my engine bay, in fact it was a very quick go over as i'll be spending most of Saturday on the car in preparation for VW NW. However i thought i'd share with you the little changes so you can add comments, good/bad or whatever along with suggestions on what i could do next.

I had the engine cover resprayed over weekend with a different type of paint, the older one produced a more matt finish to this one, as you will see its a lot shinier now. I've also added strut top caps in the last week, new washer bottle and coolant resovoir covers which i think are a new style. Was going to have these sprayed red again but i think the blue just breaks things up. Finally i added the battery cover which will be polished again to really make it shine but i cut it to shape rather than having to relocate the fuse box. Prooved to be quite tough due to the steel grade but i think it came out ok.

Future plans are defo mocal metal braided fuel lines, possibly new alloy header tank.

looks clean, also how do you know how much water you have in header tank and washer bottle? lol

it looks like the kit was made for the car. just wondered if it was just normal bends that were bought or an actual kit made for the car
