Hi,

One thing I've noticed is that the Service Indicator is showing x miles until the next service, but according to the service book the next one is due in x+500 miles (10k since the last one).

Is this normal, or is it simply that the dealer put in 9,500 miles as the next service interval on the computer?

The answer is in the FAQ.

Hint: the service intervals are an exact number of kilometres.

Simon.
