Service Indicator

Hi guys,

Just had my car serviced, but they didnt reset the service indicator.

I've heard you can do this with a few button presses on your trip computer - can any1 tell me how ?

ps - i have searched but only got the details of the MK 2 Ibiza reset

It's ok - it works the same


just in case you wanted to know :-

Turn off engine, press milage button in, turn on engine, let go off button and then turn it right

It's on page 2.12 in the owners manual.

Ignition off. Hold down the odometer reset button. Turn on ignition. It will say 'service' on the display. Turn the button to the right for at least 1 second. The display should return to normal mode.

so thats why my milage trip was at zero after my service....still not sure how they put .7 miles on it though!! lol
