Going to change the oil/filter/sparkplugs on the lcr next weekend and wondred what would be the best products to use?

my mods are below and the cars done around 85000 miles

After having a look at a few oil threads I think the one to use in Castrol Edge 05/30. Someone might say different but that's the conclusion I've come to (I'll be doing the same soon!)

As for the filters etc then I would imagine the stealers would be a good place to start or even GSF.

I just bought spark plugs for my 40K service.
These were 55p cheaper each than OEM.

Filter I'm not too sure, just a generic OEM from a dealer I think.
