Service schedule spreadsheet

In an effort to figure out what needs to been done at each service, I have made a spreadsheet with all that needs to be done at each service interval.

It shows major items at the top and "inspection" items at the bottom.

I wasn't knocking it just remarking on ProcessPaul's action inline with his name.... I bet he's an accountant....

The question is does it cover the slight of hand that garages play to say well it would have been the 12,000 mile service but you have done a year so we're charging you extra for that.... sharp practice is that one.... one reply on the phone when you phone to arrange and get a quote, but then when they have you captive the ££££s kick in, as they say, well what we have to do is something different to what you are booked in for.... hello I did tell you at the time.

I think it was a setting in outlook express as it was sent as winmail.dat.

If you have webmail or something that'll work?
