Shark Performance OR Darkside Developments

I'm looking to have some diagnostic and repairs done.

I've heard some very good reviews for both of these tuning companies. Who would be better suited for diagnostic and fault finding works?

I'm a darkside customer and in my opinion they are excellent at the diagnostic side of things, aswell as everything else really.

Hi guys, Before i bought my car already had stage 2 remap and dpf removed...its giving off lots of blue smoke at idle..Cant seem to find the cause.....

i'm wanting to get it sorted ASAP by taking it to someone who will be ABLE to DIAGNOSE and possibly repair for me. Whom would you recommend?

I believe blue smoke is indicative of burning oil?

when i bought it was blue smoking and was told by the last owner it was the turbo. I replaced turbo with a second hand turbo but its still same... you can also feel is missing/ misfiring at idle..

i haven't really noticed it using much oil though?

I used Shark for the DPF delete 2 years ago and I've not had any problems.

Think I might try Darkside for my remap this time though

I like dark sides hardware but would prefer shark for the map if I had to pick out the 2 as that's the OP's question. But for diagnoses and decent company will do. I could always help if you local to the north east

Yeah, sorry to resurrect an old thread, but didn't want to start a new one for any already discussed topic. I'm looking for a stage 1 remap and thought Darkside was on-the-fly for your vehicle, instead of the REVO plug and play option. Thoughts?.....

Used shark for a DPF delete and there price and service was excellent.

Edit: Just done the same as Unit9 and didn't check the date! Oops
