side repeaters

hey all,k i know this has been asked a million times before,but i've done a search on it before and am still confused !

some people say mk3 golf side repeaters fit,other say they don't,or you can with modifying etc.

so just wondered,will these fit for definate without having to mod/play around with anything?

also,does the "S" Seat badge on the front grill and back just pull off,as i want to spray it?
