Silicone hoses

I had the THS TIP fitted today and it seemed to go on okay.

The VAG garage I used (Storm) said that it is a little short compared to the Forge item, so had to be held against the airbox when the jubilee was tightened. Seems pretty good for a £50 saving though.

Had a look at the original VAG TIP and it seemed to be in pretty good condition. It's quite soft near the airbox but quite stiff lower down towards the tubo.

Not sure if it made much difference, but I can say that my stage 1 supporting mods are now fully complete. :)
