Cheers mate, is it then purchasable from them or is another type suitable?

How much do you get, and how often did Andy recommend cleaning/reoiling?

yes, you can purchase from them or Merlin Motorsport.

It is a spray can (usual sort of size of a paint spray can), but couldn't tell you exactly how many mls it holds (probably enough for about 15-20 applications).

However Andy was saying that you shouldn't need to treat it for 50-60k miles, but personally at that point I'd rather just replace the filter head.

Yer Andy wasn't sure what stock level he had when I called, but said he was going to put a kit together for me as soon as he had taken my details etc.

I'm not desperate for it, its being delivered to my work so I expect it Mon/Tues.

Just been looking at a local metal finishers website, might take the pipes down and get them colour anodised ;)

This months redline, Jan 2010, has the itg in the 'new stuff' section. said to make up to 40bhp on 2.0tfsi k04 engines. this was supposedly achieved on an ed30, although im not sure what else it was running at the time, but even with all the stage 2+ mods thats still a massive increase, this must be a one off then, surely most wont see this size of gain from a cai?i know the gains will probably be smaller for a K03 but its next on my list anyway
