Single click when opening/closing passenger window

Hey all,

My 16 plate FR (SC) has developed a click when the passenger window is about 1/3 to 1/2 way down and then does it again when putting it back up.

The driver side window is solid but the passenger seems to move about a bit.

Is it loose or sign of the regulator going?
