See when people quote insurance prices a lot of people don’t know how much of a difference postcodes can make to a price. Some insurance companies won’t quote on Manchester and Liverpool postcodes. With mine starting in CH47 (previously L47) I sometimes have problems with quotes even though I live on Wirral not Liverpool.

Hence why I made the comment about living in the fields. Hope your enjoying your new motor!

I haven't really. I quite fancy the official Seat side skirts. Don’t like the seat spoiler but someone posted a pic of an unofficial spoiler from Germany.

The only other bits I’ve seen are from the likes of Awesome GTi and they’re only stocking Springs and coilovers. I hear Miltek are also working on an exhaust as well.

My mod list is: Front Vinyl Protection, Roof in Vinyl Black and some 35mm H&R springs.

yeah I'm getting the sideskirts fitted for when I go to get it, I called milltek and they said they had a look round a car but have nothing in house at the moment so they aren't able to develop a system just now- that might have changed, I've got a non-resonated milltek system on my a3 just now and love it so I'd definetly be interested in one for the seat (maybe resonated though)

The guy who is prepping my car is putting the gloss black wrap on the roof for me I think I want the spoiler covered too what do you think?

definetly needs a bit of lowering I think I'll go for springs too are they about 160?

I saw a 5 door S3 like that the other day. That’s what confirmed to me that I wanted it done. I'd also go for the spoiler too. I think with the black detailing on the front it will look very smart. Is that an optional extra or a mod on the Audi?

H&R springs are around £160 yeah, probably worth getting polly bush's at the same time if the suspension is coming out. Ask the garage as i'm not an expert.

How much are you paying for the roof?

Think thats a mod by MTM on that car, the 5 door version can have the open sky system(panoramic sunroof) which is black but I think they still get someone to extend the black back onto the spoiler like we are talking about

The guy who is detailing my car is fitting it and hes not actually mentioned a price for that yet as its not something regularly does, he said he'll charge me for the material and just a basic fee for the labour on top of the other work he is doing, I'll be sure to let you know but I have a feeling it will be good value

Yeah got the brakes, Convenience, tomtom prep and xenon's. I wouldn't use a sun roof so thought i'd save on weight and cost.

I have the Seat Sport AP's on my current Diesel Cupra and they are AMAZING, couldn't go back

the tom tom prep! what tom tom are you going to use with that? I want one of the ones with all the newish programs on it but I read only the older models fit, or maybe it was an extra fitment which is needed

Xenons should look sharp

I have had a tomtom one for ages. Gonna update it with the latest maps, regular speed camera positions and also subscribe to the mobile link up for on the fly traffic announcements and leave it plugged in when I drive. I like the fact it has my GPS speed.

Xenon's should be great. My dad has just got a new C class merc and it has the adaptive lighting like on the xenons and it works very well indeed.

Gonna be £600 when I get my 1.6 SC TDi Sport. That's with 4 years no claims and NCB Protection. Without the protection it would have been £430.

Nice car mate! Did you also get the brake upgrade? Glad to see what mine will finally look like with the bi-xenons. Only getting mine End March next year!!!!!!
