I got a message about automatic maintenance scheduling being disabled...
Same here, nothing to do with the updates I’d have thought.
 
It seems to have unstuck itself now as I had an update yesterday which went through just fine.
 
I don't know anymore because red dot is not there anymore and no more updates are shown :) ... but nothing changed in the system info part... so will keep it under observation.
 
Another update came up on mine yesterday, which is the first since the one that kept getting stuck disappeared. Installed successfully within about 15 seconds. Forgot to check the version number but at least they didn’t completely break everything with the one that kept failing.

Same here had another update according to the release notes it was for the store.

Paused at 3/4 but was complete in under a minute.

Haven't noticed anything different, and version number hasn't changed either

My First Edition is booked in with the garage later this month to look at the Bluetooth and KESSY issues. Gonna mention the software updates don't look like they are installing or there's a bug. When I spoke to the guy from Seat UK he said it might be due to it needing a firmware update first.

Will let everyone know what's said. The person booking it claimed if they can't find a manufacturer fault they'll charge me for diagnostics. I'd like to see them pin the KESSY issue on me tbh!

I would like to see any dealer try and pin a charge on you for warranty work. At the end of the day there is an issues, whether it is intermittent or cant be replicated. If they do try it on just mention consumer rights and the motor ombudsman.
 
Mine was updated after five days stuck so it takes long time. Version is now 1780.

Could the last update be maps? I now have version 21.2
Seats site for manual map updates gives a 27GB large file for download so if this is done during OTA it might explain why it takes so long.

I think my update took around 6-10 hours of driving.

Today when started the car I was prompted by a login for Seat Connect (e-mail + password).
After logged in the update could finally finish. It stopped for a while at 3/4, but continued after a while. A message showed that the update was successful.
But, I cannot see that any version number in the system information has changed...
 
Mine did the latest update in about a minute while connected to my home Wi-fi. I now have a working Store section with Alexa as an installable update. However, this fails if I try to install it. Before the update Store just said ‘coming soon’ or something along those lines.

this is on a MY21 build week 8 car if that helps explain anything.
 
I tried opening the store and it just says activating and won’t go any further, rebooted infotainment and now I’m getting a grey globe and no network connection with the eSim
 
I just went outside to take a picture of my working Store, mine now also says Activating... and doesn’t start up ☹️

So nothing really gained other than a glimpse of the evolving infotainment software
 
Mine’s working again too, but there’s no Alexa listed.
 
Another software update yesterday and now Alexa installed correctly. I was unsure what use Alexa may be to me in the car but I’m the kind of person that if it’s available I need it working! Today I try it out and it’s disabled whilst moving for safety. So I really see no point in this at all now. Anyway at least the Store is developing. Hopefully something useful will appear soon!
 
Since this week's update I can no longer search for phone contacts. As soon as I hit the magnifying glass and the keyboard loads, the system hangs and won't do anything else until I reset. This car is so glitchy it's untrue
