i vag com'd imne a while ago, an didnt show any error codes. mine has alwas boosted like this since i got it revo'd

think il do another scan today, then do some logs,

can i check, what r the blocks for boost (requested vs actual)

and n75 duty??

Great mate let us know how you get on. ive just got back from a test drive after i disconected the battery and did a TB alignment. As i thought didnt make any differance lol, im beginning to think its normal as we all have the same symptoms and have revo? my car still feels just as quick. admitdly i done a 1st gear launch and only hit 14psi:confused: surly thats not normal? but if i was to boot it in 2nd say from 20mph id get full boost but if i held the revs at about 40mph and planted it id only see 16psi and not a full boost.


Grrr its doing my nut! I need vag com :(.

just got back from resetting ECU, TB alignment and playing with vag com... here are my results

no error codes came up

and as for boost...

1st gear, max requested boost: 12.7psi, max delivered 10.5psi

2nd gear, max requested boost: 19.7psi, max delivered 15.3psi

3rd gear, max requested boost: 19.1psi, max delivered 17.5psi

4th gear, max requested boost: 16.9psi, max delivered 16.6psi

5th gear, max requested boost: 16.6psi, max delivered 16.3psi

im not sure if the boost is lower because i just reset the ecu, but it does normally boost higher in 4th and 5th...

there defo isnt a boost leak, as in 3rd through 4th, the actual boost holds with the requested perfectly

also... i believe my revo settings are (on the old sps 3) lb9 t4 5 or 6... cant remember

as for the n75 duty... logged 118... not sure if it was correct tho... here are results

can we see actual vs requested for our selves

when logging you cant just log for a few seconds in each gear, you need low rpm to redline, otherwise its useless

funny though, according to that log your car revs to 10200rpm

hahaha... yeh, my vag com does sometimes spaz out towards the end of logs!! im pretty sure it didnt rev that high

i know ur meant to log from like 2000rpm-6000rpm... but for this i did a lo from pulling away in first gear and accellerating rightn through the revs...

I have what sounds like exactly the same syptoms and i could proberly say 98% that my actuator hasnt been touched as the car was compleaty standard when i got it, What could the other possibilitys be?
