I got cambelt in march. This month has been turbo. Killed me.

On the plus side, turbo turned up today, and fair play its pretty much brand new, doesnt look like its been used. Got all my bits from VW that i need, along with G12 and synta gold at a bargain 32 quid for 5 litres.

Picking up the keys to my mates MOT place that me and jonzy will be using to fit the turbo on sunday.

Next to do is...

Passenger window reg
clutch master cylinder
fix cd changer
replace interior plastics
replace petrol flap lock

and thats it, minter. lol, until something else breaks.

But i'll be doing stuff for thr track day as well, brake fluid, tyres etc...

your cars are all **** buy a ford

As long as it's not a 1.4 or 1.6 for a few months!

I'm working on Sigma Crankshaft line now. There’s a machine there that rolls the cranks to make them stronger, they roll the top part stronger than the bottom part.

A piston went on the machine a month ago so we had to remove the whole machine from its caging and replace it. After stripping the machine they fitted the part 180 degree's out.

So now the machine rolls the bottom half stronger than the top half now, so there could be a chance that the cranks may give up.... they make 900ish a day and this was almost a month ago

They not too sure if they will snap but really with the other stuff they do it should be okay, unless the customer decides to tune it
