So From AVS, i need to order
Front Top Mount Part number: 15870 Price:£8.30 ea

Rear Top Mount Kit Contains 2 upper & 2 lower mounts
Part number: 14958 Price: £6.69

Then the other part numbers, are they from ECP?? or AVS, if so under what name, as i dont seem to be able to find them.

Cheers Tom

The mounts are from AVS.

The bearing is from ECP.

Cool, so 2 x Top mount @ £8.30, and 1 x rear top mount @ £6.69 = £23.29 From AVS,

Then Top mount bearings part number 6N0 412 249 C from ECP.

Did ECP have these in stock or did they need to order, Phil, as i may be going to Cardiff tonight.

wow what a big deal your making out of this!!!

i never bought anything other than the coilover kit, reused top mounts from the existing suspension and mine very rarely make any noise at all.

No point in doing half a job though, thats my opinion, dont want something to fail in a few months, and then have to remove the whole setup, in order to just replace something now.

But you can get the part from ECP also?

I think there's abit of non translation from written text to whats going in my head.

So order 1 for rear, and 2 for front?

Then the stuff from ECP.

Crikey, think i need a few days to get my head in order.

Looks right tom.

I said the part number is a Seat one, but they should be able to find their version in ECP for the bearing.

Good to hear that Daz, i bet your chuffed.

I'm ****ed off now, went to sort out the knocking on the rear strut and managed to cross thread the nut a little, sorted that out and realised how garbage my rear strut is. Holes for the suspension is bigger than the threaded part so it moves side to side causing the knocking, so i'm making a nice washer the right size to stop it. In the mean time i managed to knock over my parcel shelf braking the speaker off and snapping the tweater part. Brilliant.

So the total sum of things that are ****ed are as follows...

Passenger window doesnt work
CD changer doesnt work
speaker is broken, (but gettin glued right now, will be ok then)
Oil leak somewhere
Gauges dont light up any more, or when they feel like. ****ers.

Really fed up of the piece of **** now.

Boys i'm after some new gauges. Gonna get the usual Autometer Ultralites.

cheapest places seems to be from autometer.co.uk according to the website, for the 3 gauges i want it comes to 140 quid plus postage.

Now if i was to go to www.egauges.com and order from america it would come to just over 83 quid.

Surely postage and import duty isnt gonna be more than 60 quid? Or should i just stick to the UK?

haha, catching my syndrome Phil it seems.
I think my list includes:

Locks don't work.
The ol clunking coilies
Knocking exhuast (again)
Rattles everywhere!

Fedup of the rattles and harsh ride, partly behind the reason of getting rid of it. Worst bit of kit i've bought those coilovers
