Downside, due to illness, I'm seriously doubting the DP will be fitted.
Unless anyone knows how difficult it is to fit the DP with axle stands.

After watching, and helping a bit with the DP, i'd say the most difficult part is jacking the car up.
Just spray the studs the night before with wd40/plus gas etc.. and you'll be fine.

Hes doing fast road, not race spec ones, all 3 for 172 quid delivered.

Phil how long did it take you to fit top mounts and bearings? Did you do it in situ? Just take top nut off and jack car up?
Longest time it took was undoing the top suspension bolt, 17mm? Big ****er in the middle. Was originally torqued on with an air gun and i couldnt get it done.
I reckon it took about 2 hours.
Jack up, wheels off, two bolts on the suspension bottom to arm, 3 strut top bolts and coliover top bolt, thats it.

Daz, if you've got one a 14mm Spark plug socket will get the 17mm socket off the topof the strut.
Yeah full out job then. Wondered whether it could be done keeping them on at the bottom. Save re-allignment too then.
Will probably need alignment and lowering as th bearing add height sandwiched between the top mount and the coilover.
