Also guys i need some advice on what full exhaust system to go for? Obviously in terms of performance and quality Milltek are probably the best around, but also very pricey, can anyone else recommend a good high end system? Ive heard of Jetex, Bluefin, Scorpion but dont really know much about them, can anyone shed some light on what are the best kinda system for the LC's and what comes recmmended?

cat back is all about looks and noise... iths the down pipe and cat (or decat) you want to concentrate on... i'd recommend a blue flame 3" dp with either a sports cat or decat depending on whather you want to swap the decat every MOT time??

My Miltek twin is around 5 years old now, I think cat and downpipe are blueflame. Cant fault it.
