You cant knock Will for his customer service at all. Always willing to help with any problem nomatter how larg or small.

Will also hapens to do very good maps. I have had his stage 1 & stage 2. I even made 229bhp with the standard exhaust on the stage 2 map. Now have a full Miltek system and going back on the rollers on Saturday so keep an eye out for the results ;)

i cant see how my facts are useless, as a company it has a image. whos ever fault that doesnt look professional thats all i said, id say the same for revo if their website looked crap? just happens its theirs whats the big deal, you have a remap from them and you love it right, i dont so obv. you know more than me

I don't actually i have Revo, but i've been to PTorque, met them and seen their product in action.

People from this site would not judge their product from the quality of their website which therefore makes your fact irrelevant (not useless) hence why nobody else has brought this fact up and some people think you have a problem with PTorque.

Excellent product, affordable price with A1 customer service.

I went there as part of the group buy last October time (i think) car has done about 15-20k?? since and runs sweet.

My turbo did destroy itself after about 15k (but that isnt relating to the map i dont believe, the turbo had done 108K was on its way before the remap id imagine).

My new garrett replacement kept popping *ALL* the lower boost pipes off until some DIY haha.

Thing i love most about my map is the fact i dont like planting it at 2,000RPM much, but when im at 3K in 3rd, 4th or 5th it pulls like a valver but harder MMMM.

*If i get another car which i need to remap, i know i will go back, same with hybrid treatment.

Back on topic, my car will keep with most things until higher MPH. Was up with a S2000 the other day after about 90 they vtec says byebye TDI. Get a good start and i believe you could hit sub 7 seconds with a good map and a few other mods.

no one mentione customer service other than you guys tho? i wouldnt purchase from a dodgy website so how you can use the line people on here, err do you speak for every single person on this forum? no you dont so feel free to realise your making argument over nothing.

fact is the website url looks suspect, and the website looks no where near as good as others on here, thats all. that has nothing to do with the map or the service just the company image which is the point i made.

lol @ their product in action however. *map* ;)

The Diesels do pull so hard at low revs, so much torque!! Revo destroyed my clutch though on my 130!!!

Because the majority of people on SCN are intelligent enough to research the company and product via this forum, and not base their decision entirely on a website appearence.

I don't think I have ever come up against this before so not sure how to respond...

Thanks to all those comments that actually have come from experience and knowledge.

I'll get to work on a new website and see if that improves the quality of tuning and customer service I think

They are mentioning customer service because most have either been to P-Torque or have experience of others that have been....rather than marking the best looking website

right but surely as a business man and not a knock off joe you can see how for anyone not on scn, or for someone that looks at websites for info wouldnt be 'over' impressed with the website. im not stating anything else just that?

i know for a fact people use this forum because its well designed and has a wealth of knowledge on it, thats its 'image'

sorry but if anyone running a business cant see my point is valid for that point, and not customer service, or anything else then thats one messed up business.

you offer the cheapest maps on here, and with what people say good service too but i cant 'see' good service on your website if that makes sense? lol i dont know how else to put it

I see what you are saying, if someone searches on google, remaps in west midlands, and P-torque comes up, the first impressions of the site and the URL may lead people to think its dodgey

Remember, first impressions are everything

I'm guessing that most people that are thinking of getting any remap would be car enthusiasts (like all of us) and members of a forum. Surely they would do some research about each company they find before choosing which one to go with. You should never trust any company just by its website... book by its cover etc etc.

I think this is just getting out of hand...
