Stealers wiped my mapping!

Went to local seat dealership to get my new key coded and every since I got the car back it feels slower, also not as much black smoke and as loud or long the whooshing from my turbo (its a tdi fr150) was just wondering if they could of wiped my remap off? Anyway to check? Also if this is the case how do I get the to fork out and pay for a new map?

Coding a key doesnt remove the remap, i've had a new key for a mapped tdi from skoda

But they may have flashed the car with the latest software. But i doubt that

Just wondered if they restored it back to factory settings or something

They might well have flashed a software update.

Take it back to the mapper and get them to reflash it

Depends who did your map, Revo don't charge for putting it back on.

should just be the cost of labour time to reflash so about 1hr tops.
