Steering wheel Controls with aftermarket radio

Hi, I have recently purchased a Seat Ibiza fr 07 with steering wheel controls for the radio but want to fit an aftermarket kenwood headunit I already have from my previous car does anyone know of an adapter so I can use the controls with the aftermarket headunit??

Yeah, you can buy one from most ICE websites/shops.

Ive just bought one for my new headunit.

roughly about £30 IIRC.

Should just plug into excisting loom then plugs into the headunit loom.

You also have to purchase the correct wire for your manufacturer of radio and headunit has to have a remote input.

i installed my pioneer hu and am still looking for a compatible adapter but the one they recommend isn't compatible.
