steering wheel

hi my steering wheel moves up and down a bit is this right

is it just the wheel or the whole coloum? some have an adjustable coloum..there is a lever there to lock and unlock it

mine does this now and again, i have to keep putting it back up and locking it. the locking handle seems to work its way down and moves the steering column. really annoying

mine was just really loose and had to be tightend how annoying
