I think i need to do a reset (ie disconnect battery for 20 odd mins), will my stereo require a code when i re connect? If so, where can i find this?

well the answer is actually yes you do need the code.

ring the dealer for the code, they might charge you tho, it should be on a card 4 digit number.
you were lucky you didnt need the code, ive always needed the code no matter how long the battery has been off for.

cos iv had my battery off over night...and theres no code!
as mentioned earlier...u cant remove the tape player to fit something else...so wot good would nicking it do!

Yeah, mine was off for about 8 hours the other week and no code required.
