Stop light on LCR

Before i bought the car the other day i had it checked over by the AA. they told me in the report that the left rear stop light isnt working.

I havent a clue which one that is!

can anyone enlighten me please?

Your passenger side rear brake light!

Get some one to press the brake for you and have a look.

tried that and it worked fine tho. definately not another light? woman at Seat garage said that it was different to the brake light

Just try all the lights see which one doesn't work

Have you check all the rear lights then your self reverse lights...etc...?

i checked the brake lights the other day thinking it would be that but they worked fine. gonna go and check them all now with a mate. cheers

well left rear stop light it the left rear brake light.
so if its working then either its a mistake, the bulb has since been replaced?

just check all the lights, if they work then there is nothing wrong.
how many lights are there at the left rear? not many
normal light,
brake light
reversing light
fog light
indicator

no its definately not been replaced. its weird cos the car passed its MOT last saturday and the AA bloke reckoned the stop light wasnt working on Tuesday when the inspection was done. sounds like he may have got this one wrong.

just back from checking them all and they are all fine! either the inspector got it wrong or as Becks said possibly a loose connection.

id say get the aero wiper instead. Ive had two leons with fabia wipers, one put on by me and the second on there already.. but id go the aero route instead now.
