fair play. Like i said, its the room in the bay that concerns me with a larger charger

yeah, id love to see how you do get on with M62! We'll have to meet up for a showdown when they both done ;-)

Yeah, im well up for a group shoot!

Im settling for no less than a cover feature this time too!!!

mine'll be done by april

i get my bonus in march so that'll pay for bodywork touch ups and a good mopping

i'm in kingston, Roelich is in Doncaster (missions lol) where are you ste?

Do you have to do anything with regards to the vacuum servo now as its now forced induction? I appologise if this has already been brought up,havent gone through all of the pages.

Well..as the servo relies on negative air presure from the inlet manifold for the brakes to work, and you now have a posotive pressure in the manifold due to the supercharger. Isnt braking going to be an issue? Or am i missing something here?!

when you are off throttle, there should be -ve vacuum still

brakes will be useless with positive pressure (on boost)

you won't be on boost when braking.... therefore it'll run negative pressure

plus I think the servo pipes have one way valves

servo only assists the brakes

without it they will feel harder to push just like the good old days lol

as m0rk says one way valve in the pipe will sort it or if you are really worried connect it to the other side of the supercharger that sucks not blows

probably too much vacuum then and the brakes will lock on

My simple minds thought of something.....when the throttle body loses surely positive pressure is present, BOV sort that out?

Edit: the one way valve
