The Megasquirt is complete :D :D

i'll get some pics off eddy tonight, gna get that fitted ASAP, all that i need now is to get the inlet manifold hacked up and re-welded and then the charger outlet made,

no-one knows a machinist / welder that could make me a custom part?

here are my drawings, sorry for the quality, they're hand drawn

this is meant to go over the outlet side of an Eaton M45 supercharger, i dont have the dimensions of that, but the image should be lifesize

and this deisgn should be welded to the plate above ^^^^^^ with the hole then cut out to let all the boost through

those drawing are 1:1 scale, pm me for the originals

got qouted £250 for that by a welder in kingston, was hoping for the £150 mark ;)

not bothered by material, just gotta put up with heat really

I thought you were going to correct me and say that in fact they are Kingsize rizzlas :lol:

Just how close to finishing are you Chris?? Now that your megasquirt is complete. is it "just" a case of getting those brackets machined, manifold welded and the getting the megasquirt live mapped once everything is bolted together??

thats whats left to do, aswell as getting the outlet made

shouldnt be much longer, got the money, just want to find the best price for the outlet to be made

I did the same thing a couple years ago to my manifold. I cut it down on a band saw and water-jetted out an end plate and welded it on. Once it was finished, it looked as if it was always there. I fitted a throttle body from a 93-95 Golf 2.0 onto mine (same pattern at the 1.8T).
