and i know it needs a wash btw lol.

depends on what your going for really, i dont think you can beat coily's though because you can taylor the ride height to your taste/comfort!

Good luck with your project!

how do you find them for ride comfort mate?

not to bad at all... expected them to be terrible!

only bought them as the car looked like a tractor on 18" rims and i've been spending my dolla on the engine at the moment. figured 150 was peanuts for height adjustables. if the comfort ever becomes a prob i can always pick up some new front springs for £50 off the net with what ever spring rate i fancy :)

i dont expect them to be much good at track days but my car is a little way off that yet. these will do untill i get some KW's maybe next year?

untill then i recomend these for bang for bucks!

i can lower it a silly amount more too which is always nice to know... as impracticle as that would be lol.

lol

if i get a LCR i might just give these a shot, i mean its only £150 so whats the worst that can happen? cheers for the info mate

out of interest folks - with all these ride-heights being banded around the 50-55mm mark - have any of you had issues with driveshaft clearance from ARB's?

When I lowered my last LC - by what I think was measured to be about 40mm - the driveshaft rubbed on the ARB's when the car "squatted" under some light spirited driving... so I had the ARB replaced with H&R in order to increase the clearance.

Cheers

get a pair of gsf anti roll bar links and modify them ;P thats what i did... but arb's would be the best option. but with coily's you can always rais the ride height a little to cure that untill next pay day... with shocks and springs your funked if your too low (too low is more than 40mm)

that's cool - thought it was the norm but nobody really mentioned it - yeah - thought about droplinks but opted for the ARB's as they came in a pair, giving the rear ARB that the LC lacks as standard :)

way ahead of you... I spent money on the arb links for a short term solution... Eibach bars on the way :)
Needles to say I have a really busy weekend ahead, what with forge fmic, samco's roll bars to do!
not to mention the rebuild on my mates RB25DET engine (skyline) and a starlett fuel tank... think plenty of coffee's and a lead light may be required! lol
