suspensions kits and brake kits

I am looking to up grade my suspension and lower the car a bit with out losing much confort.
Brakes I whant a complete kit front and rear with callipers as well!!!!!
CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME ANY RECOMENDATIONS

hi ive just bought hot tuning coilovers from ebay get them end of the week ive heard mixed reviews about these but 160 quid and a 2 year warranty they cant be that bad

As above! Buy cheap buy twice! Yes they can be that bad!!

Depends on how low you want to go and how much money you've got to spend?? Springs from Eibach and H & R are a good start. Then go from there......
