Hi,

I recently updated my SEAT Arona's multimedia system from MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0514T to MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0516T. I've already addressed the issue with the 5F module.

I wanted to know if this is the latest version available for my car and what the differences are between the versions. Also, I have a problem where during a phone call, sometimes after about an hour, a loud, distorted sound occurs, forcing me to end the call and redial. The hardware version is 5F0035824C.

Additionally, I'm interested in knowing if it's possible to code the SEAT logo to appear on the speedometer upon starting the car (currently, there is no logo). I would also like to code the car to display trip information, such as distance traveled, average speed, travel time, and average fuel consumption, after turning the engine off. I had this feature on a Skoda Octavia A7 and found it very useful.
if it posible to code with Car Scanner.

Thanks.

Answer the first question. Yes 516 is the end of the road for mib2 standard 5 series updates. No 6th or anything above. The programmars would have been put to bed. Some say 515 was better. The jury was out at the time split 50:50. Been 5 years since mib2 went into retirement as mib3 arrived in 2020. Pass on your issues.

Second paragraph that's coding. Obdeleven you can bring out some of those features. They are built into the software then coding unlocks the feature. Not sure where the A7 fits in the family. If its the same then you look to see how its done.

In the pinned thread on the standard Ateca I cover some of this. Gallons to fill or something like that. You'll see. Pass on the virtual cockpit opening panel. The Arona has nice animation. Ive seen that in the other car. Happy with their welcome stuff on that.

I have had the Cupra logo on my mib2 high Ateca. Reverted it back to Seat standard. Didn't want to alarm my dealer. Thats covered in a thread on the Ateca Cupra where someone was moaning about their mib2 standard logo image outside Europe. On that thread I was given the VCDS scan on the mib2 high and found the logo image variable which switches the car between brands. Turned mine into a Cupra Ateca for a day.

If you are getting into fiddling with the coding stay away from micro payment apps to proper coding. Thats Obdeleven Pro in the range of Obdeleven. Yours being one of these cars where SFD and SFD2 were just a twinkle in Vag's eyes. So you dont have an issue.

In reality there might not be alot you want to do. Depends what you want to do. 2025 coding is much more locked down. 2020-2024 SFD bonnet up you could turn lane assist off so it wasn't on auto which it was put on from 2020. 2025 its always on like SS till you turn it off by hand on ignition... not that you have lane assist. All to do with platforms. 514 mib2 means its not on a pesky platform. MQB Evo where thing went side ways. You could turn off SS if it irritates you.
