I had a look at those but decided to stick with a reputable manufacturer. Someone may suggest differently but do you really want to:

1. remove your OEM TIP and find that this one doesn't fit?

2. fit it and find that it fails after a short period?

I'd pay the £76 delivered from THS if I were you. It's only £10 more expensive after you pay P&P on that EBAY one.

Hi, gonna try fit my new TIP on my LCR this weekend. Just wondering, is it just a jubilee clamp on the turbo inlet? I've been reading up about this and some say its fixed on with an allen headed bolt? If its just an jubilee clamp, can I just re-use this one along with the one on th air box for the new tip?

With my forge one - paid £110 brand new - no delivery costs either being from my local tuning place and although its a pain to fit, my issue was getting it to stay on the turbo centrally whilst tightening. i definitely noticed a difference it spooled quicker harder and held boost for longer. If you are considering stage 1 id say its a must have. When you get the old one off the bottom section feels tougher but the middle flexi section is almost like that of cold air ducting but not as smooth so you can really see the benefits.

Can someone confirm if this:

xyx.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=241498

will fit my regular cupra 20vt (its not the R). Someone said it will, but i asked another and he said no as the lc is KO3s, where as the lcr are KO4.
If someone can help here il really appreciate it, thanks.

Yeah that's not quite the right one as the Ko4 has a larger inlet diameter than the ko3s.

You need to look for one that matches your engine code :)
