Recieved my Raceland downpipe/decat today...mmmm nice and shiny!

just need to book it in to have it fitted on my TDi.

Isn`t that pipe for a PD 130/150/160 engine? Why do you want to change the down pipe for, if you haven`t got or intend having a hybrid turbo fitted not alot of point really as OEM is plenty big enough for the stock turbo.

Interesting.... Well with that in mind maybe I will go for the downpipe And then a hybrid turbo...... does it make a difference which way I go?????

Best get turbo and down pipe fitted at same time as it will save alot in labour then get a remap. If you don`t intend getting a hybrid though save your money as stock is very good.

Other than the interesting comments from Devonmikeyboy, and me no considering a hybrid Turbo, anyone else chenged their Downpipes??? In any of out Tdi's...

Now to search for Hybrid turbo's.....

Not sure if a; part will arrive & b; if I will have had a chance to have it fitted before Thruxton BTTC ... But we shall see....
