Temp sensor code?

Got the motor on vagcom today as it has been hesitating and losing power when applying small amounts of throttle from cold but its fine when warmed up.

This code was thrown up. Am I correct in thinking that this code explains the hesitation when cold and I require a green temp sensor?

If it is the temp sensor that is causing this problem and code would this be what i require?
