tfsi 200bhp engine conversion to s3 265bhp

the guys at Storm Developments recon it will be better to swop the bits insted of the full engian and thay recon i wount neead anythink els apart from my car the s3 engian,turbo,intercooler and intercooler pipework.thay think thay can get it to run between 310bhp and 330 with out a decat.

That sounds very cheap.
Does it include parts?

Dont forget that internals are weaker on the 200bhp engine compared to the S3 engine.

My vote is to swap the engines over.. Much easier..

Drop engine out of leon, remove gearbox, offer gearbox up to s3 engine, drop engine back into leon. Connect up & remap.

Couldn't be easier this way lol

Expect 300bhp on the standard setup. Or up to 350 with modifications..

that doesn't sound too bad I got £1000 estimate (will be more, it always is ) for doing 2.0 T conversion in my mk2 Leon, it's 1.6 at the moment. I got turbo kit for it as well so I hope will go over 300bhp after it's done. Good luck m8, you might need it

Yeah im thinking about getting the k04 conversion as well from the fr tfsi k03. ive already got the full milltek turbo back, and ive ordered the itg cai, but both of these are for the k03, ive got the autotech hpfp internals but have yet to swap them over, and then ill probably go for the s3 intercooler. but will getting the k04 conversion mean ill have to get a new exhaust and cai again as mine are both for the k03? that would be another £1000 on top of the conversion price, and at that price its maybe just not worth it?
