i completely forgot about that beer :cartman: meh , i have JD and beers sitting here so its all good , nic you going to the RR day tomorow ??

hey mate, sorry, not been on here that much. i only made the one however they are easy enough to make if you can plastic weld or are rather creative with your hands. ill try and find the guide/pm i sent to somebody about a year ago on how to do it.

If you found that guide i would probably love you forever even though you are a complete stranger :D

it was abit of a pain to do but the plastic that you cut off of the bumper is then re-used as plastic weld filling so you can say you recycled when your done  right i dont really have a step by step on how to modify the lower half as i just went at it for a laugh with a saw etc but it got to a point i thought it looked good and kept it  here is the lower half mate.

basically see the vent on the lower bumper, i cut the very bottom of that off which left me with the gap in the bottom bumper, it left to flaps i bent up and plastic welded into place

then with the section of plastic you cut out the bottom you use a pair of scissors and cut it to shape and plastic weld it into shape. i done mine by sanding and plastic welding in the low bits so not to use filler. that way you dont need to fanny about with filler however a coat of high build primer does the trick ;) to mount the splitter i used galvanised bolts and washers by lining up the front edge of the splitter with the bumper and drilling through both the bumper and the splitter (on the back of it where you wont see the bolts ) and then use galvanised bolts and washers to mount it. you will also need to take off about 10 inches of plastic at either side but cut that to fit once everythings bolted up.
